By working with Paid Jobs in UK you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions which are set out on this page. We recommend that if you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions do not use our services. From time to time we may decide to change these Terms and Conditions. Should these changes take place after you have made agreement with Paid Jobs in UK then the original Terms and Conditions at the time of agreement will have authority.

All prices given to you are subject to change with prior notice and Paid Jobs in UK do not accept any liability for this.

Paid Jobs in UK go to great effort to ensure that every information is provided to you.

• Working with Paid Jobs in UK:

 

1. In order to provide services we collect personal information such as contact details, education and employment history. Should this information not be readily available during the process then we will contact you to gather this information.

2. We take payment in advance prior to providing service. This is processed through one of our dedicated accounts person. However, should you wish to pay by other means then please make contact to discuss alternative methods.

3. If you tell us to do something that will not be useful– for example, putting experiences that is not needed or is not sufficient and needs alteration – then we will contact you to advise you of this and will work it out.

4. The turn around time will apply from when all required information and agreement has been signed except for the premium package. When the signed contract will be received we will make your CV and Covering letter within 4 working days from the information provided, and, where any existing content is deemed fit for purpose, we will use it in the new CV and Covering letter. Your CV will be sent in PDF format to the e-mail. We will continuously change your CV and Covering letter until when the contract is over or the interviews due to be provided are done.

5. The time duration for the first paid job Interview offer will be as per the package that will be provided to you. The offer will be according to your Qualifications and past experiences. We do not accept any liability on the salary and the contract provided as it will be sole verdict of the company offering you the place. If the employer contacted you directly through phone call or WhatsApp for an interview without reaching out to us it will be your responsibility to let us know and it will be considered an interview offer. We will then be in touch with you to discuss the advancements. Similarly, if we find that due to resources we will fall outside of the agreed turn around time we will contact you to discuss this and agree any required actions.

6. We do recommend that throughout the process of being in contract with us you check your junk or spam folder. We cannot accept any liability for information being sent but perceived as not received for this reason. Once we have fulfilled our services the job will be done.

7. We provide our services in good faith and to the best of our knowledge by experienced CV writers and case worker. We cannot accept any liability should you suffer any loss or damage as a result of taking our advice.

 

• Stopping of Services:

 

1. If for some reason, you do not correspond or reply to any of our messages through any means within 3 working days our services will be temporarily suspended until we hear back from you.

2. Secondly, if the unresponsiveness continues for 6 working days our services will be terminated. To resume the services, you will need to give a solid reason otherwise you will be fined.

3. If the unresponsiveness continues for 10 working days the contract would be null and void and we accept no liability at all.

 

• Refund Policy:

 

The services provided by Paid Jobs in UK are especially made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised including CV, Covering letter and Job Interviews offer. It is for this reason that our services are exempt from the normal distance selling regulations.​

For Promotional and Basic package:

​

1. If you are not satisfied with CV making process before the CV and Covering Letter is emailed to you. You will be given a 75% refund of the actual package/payment.

2. If you request a refund after the CV and Covering Letter is provided, you will be given 25% refund of the actual package/payment.

3. If we are not able to fulfil our commitment of providing the due Job interview offer after your new CV and Covering Letter is sent to you. You will be given a 50% refund of the actual package/payment.

4. If you use any of our refund policy except if we offer to take you.Once the refund is done you may not be able to take our services again on the same fee package as on the first time of contract.

5. If you opt to move to the next interview after the previous interview is done and we start the process for the next interview offer, if during the process you receive a Job offer/s from the previous interview/s and you accept any of the offer then in that case you will not be given any sort of refund and the contract would be over. However, if you choose to not accept any of the Job offer then the above mentioned points for refund would be faithfully acted on.

For Premium package:

​

1. If you have given the complete payment at once then the refund will be given as per

   the standard criteria of Promotional and Basic package.

2. If you have chosen to pay according to our breakdown of package then the refund will be given as per the standard criteria of Promotional and Basic package.

For CV package:

​

1- There is no refund for it except if we are not able to provide you with your new CV or you ask to stop the process you will be given a refund of 25%.

• Complaints:

 

In the unlikely event you have a complaint or grievance in relation to our commitment/services with Paid Jobs in UK please email us at paidjobsinuk@gmail.com– once received your complaint will be investigated and we will reply to you within 3 working days.

Note:

We are not Recruiters, Head Hunters, HR people or provide any permanent references of companies/ employers we work only 1:1, just you and the company there is no intermediate rather we work as a bridge. We do not work on incentives, commissions. We will provide you service against your selected package with all the above t&c's applied.
